ZetaFax makes it possible to send and receive faxes via a central fax server. You can add the fax functionality in you e-mail Client (Exchange, Microsoft Mail, Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise) and other mail systems who works with the MAPI standard.

At the top of the Zetafax range is Zetafax Duo, which adds the power and features of Zetadocs PDF to Zetafax. It provides a highly visual 'document builder' to combine and convert documents to PDFs and then send them securely by email, as well as fax. It's ideal for creating and delivering business documents such as sales quotations, purchase orders and financial statements.

The Starterkits supports standard two fax lines, Least Cost and DID Routing and the e-mail gateway. Extra lines can be purchase separately. The client software comes in different languages, like Dutch, France, German and English.

The Zetafax Business Edition includes the Zetafax Server, clients for the stated number of users and support for two fax lines. It also includes the Zetafax Email Gateway, DDI routing, queue management, remote monitoring and report writing. The Zetafax Server is suitable for Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 and Windows XP Professional. Faxes can be sent using the Zetafax Client, Web Client, or email clients.

The Zetafax Corporate Edition is designed for customers with a minimum of 50 fax users. In addition to the features of Zetafax Business Edition, it includes Least Cost Routing (LCR), Automatic system failover (requires additional Zetafax server), protection support for Exchange clusters and Windows child domains for the Zetafax Email Gateway. Prices also includes Software Assurance for the first year.

FaxBroadcast enables business to manage large fax jobs with multiple recipients from a simple to use client interface. Data can be imported from any ODBC compliant database and faxes can be managed as single jobs at the server. Fax Broadcast includes, FaxBroadcast clients for 5 users, Zetafax Server optimized for faster throughtput of faxes and a FaxBroadcast license for 2 lines.áAdditional lines are available with discounts for more than 25 lines.
