Features
Time Management - Make appointments and set up alarms to remind you of upcoming events or meetings. If any item overlaps, RedBox will alert you to it. The new preview panel gives you a bird's eye view of the day's tasks, such as a summarized To-do, Anniversary, Planner and Expenses table, and direct links to these sections.
Expense Tracking - The Expense section lets you enter information from your receipts and expenses, then generates a formatted expense report, ready for you to print and sign on the spot! Simply enter the receipts as you get them, and let RedBox take care of sorting and categorizing them.
Address Book - Keep track of names, addresses, e-mail, phone numbers, and even pictures, of friends and business contacts with RedBox Organizer. Search for individual or groups of records, dial phone numbers or customize your own type of Address Book! Never forget a face now that portraits can also be attached to the records.
Reminder - Display the Calendar, To-Do, Planner, and Anniversary data for any chosen day, simultaneously! Get a "bird's eye view" of all your activities at a single glance. Jump to any day with ease using the mini-calendar located beside the main window. Clicking on any Reminder section, you can access a chosen part of RedBox while keeping Reminder date settings.
Report Generator - Create reports from summarized results extracted from different sections. You can adjust different variables for your reports. When you are done, save it or even print them out!
Globe - Keep connected to all your contacts, customers, or friends around the world! The new Time Converter and Global Distance Calculator help you tell the time difference and find out flight time and distance between countries.
Link Manager - Link anything with everything. Elements from different parts of the program as well as the ones from the same part of the program can be linked to each other. Link Manager can be used to create, edit, or delete projects and links contained within them.
Import Wizard - RedBox supports *.txt and *.csv data file formats for Import/Export from other organizer programs. These file formats are supported by many Organizer programs including but not limited to: Lotus Organizer(tm) v1.1/v2.1, Sidekick 95(tm), Schedule+(tm) v7.0, etc. You can also choose exactly which data to Import/Export, allowing you to share schedules or merge address books with other users.
Auto Help System - RedBox's Help system determines which section you're working on and provides help on those topics readily. No learning required!
