Support is mandatory for the first year!

Exclaimer Mail Utilities is licensed on a per user basis, unless you run Microsoft Small Business Server. Small Business Server users can purchase a license which is not dependent on the number of users.

If you are running Windows 2000/2003/2008 (x86 or x64) Server (Standard, Advanced, Enterprise) you will need to purchase a license dependent on the number of users.
