You can backup your data in three ways using Stellar InstaBackup according to your needs and suitability:
- Full Backup- All the selected files and folders will be backed up every time
- Incremental Backup- Include all the files since last Full, Differential or Incremental Backup
- Differential Backup- Include all the files that have change since last Full Backup
