Davies Street station features a goods yard which
sees a small amount of coal and general
goods traffic along with a daily newspaper train.
As you approach Latimer Cross, a carriage shed
spans the tracks with two sidings behind it.
Here coal trains are delivered daily ready for
the wagons to be shunted onto the coaling
stage to top up the locomotives' coal supply
at Yelland Road shed. Latimer Cross is the
largest station on the line and sees regular
service from both local and express trains. Lastly
is Hambly, also featuring a goods yard which
receives general goods and some coal along with
daily newspapers. Rolling stock consists of:
