Netop OnDemand uses the Netop Webconnect×½ Server and Manager to establish the connection between user and help-desk. The Netop OnDemand Subscription pack offers a hosted Webconnect service by Netop, while the Enterprise or Professional editions are based upon a self-hosted Webconnect service. Netop OnDemand licensing is based on the number of concurrent help-desk employees (Guest Ex users) and includes unlimited use of the Netop OnDemand Host.
