  • We plan to provide e-mail technical support for KEDIT until at least September, 2010.
KEDIT is a powerful, general purpose text editor that is compatible with XEDIT, IBM's VM/CMS editor. Features includes: most XEDIT commands, selective line editing (XEDIT's ALL command), mouse support, UNDO and REDO, file locking, online help, a SORT command, support for the long filenames, multiple files and windows, the Rexx macro language, syntax coloring and much more. The Windows version combines both a Windows 3.1 and Window 95/NT version. The OS/2 version contains both OS/2 and DOS versions in the same box. Note: KEDIT for DOS and for OS/2 are no longer actively marketed.
