Record and mix
Adobe Audition 3 delivers a complete professional toolset for tracking and mixing. Mix faster with new automatic crossfade creation, clip fade handles, and automation lane editing improvements, and enjoy realtime response that allows you to modify volume, pan, and effects controls as you listen, recording those changes to your mix. Edit and master
Enjoy unprecedented flexibility and control for audio editing, using the full set of editing, restoration, and mastering tools available in Adobe Audition 3. Remove or edit specific sounds or certain frequencies easily with new audio healing tools. Zoom into selected areas with top and tail views to quickly edit the beginning or ending. Phase correction tools and the Adaptive Noise Reduction tool provide more flexibility in correcting problems. Commercial TLP
TLP stands for Transactional License Program. This program makes it easy for organizations of all sizes to get the benefits of volume ordering through TLP. The program is available worldwide and covers most Adobe products. There are no membership requirements. Licenses are distributed in electronic form, media needs to be bought seperately as electronic download (ELD) or as physical Media Pack.
For every eligible order of a new (or upgrade) software license, or Upgrade Plan, points are received. The discount level is based on the total point value of a transaction. The more you order in a single transaction, the better the discount level.
When ordering products through TLP, Adobe provides access to a licensing website that simplifies software administration and record-keeping. This site provides a single location for up-to-date access to your software licensing information.
TLP is also available for government organizations and educational institutions and individuals.
The prices displayed on this page are the prices of the lowest pricelevel. Depending on the outcome of the total orderamount the actual level can be calcullated. Call us for a specific quote.
Calculating Commercial TLP
As the number of points increases in a single transaction, the discount level improves. Discounts are provided in the following levels.
Discount levels are determined based on the number of points in the transaction. The number of points are earned per software license or Upgrade Plan order is based on the value of each item licensed.

Upgrade Plan
Customers are assured of access to all Adobe upgrades for the covered products during the life of your Upgrade Plan. Is is payed as a single cost per licensed product. An upgrade is the license ordered when a customer has an Adobe product and would like to move to a newer version, but has not purchased Upgrade Plan for that product. Customers not covered by Upgrade Plan should purchase upgrade licenses as they become available and as the customer is willing to move to the new version of a product.
Under Upgrade Plan, customers receive any upgrade license, bug fix and updates during the term of their Upgrade Plan coverage. Points are received for the value of Upgrade Plan which is important for determining the purchase level.
Adobe automatically sends notifications of upgrades to Upgrade Plan participants. This means that you can manage upgrades uniformly across the organization, avoiding technology inconsistency. This helps ensure both budget and technology predictability.
Upgrade Plan helps ensure that your employees have the latest technology to maximize their productivity. It lets organizations manage their upgrade strategy and technology versions inexpensively, easily, and with low administrative overhead.
TLP customers may order Upgrade Plan when they order a license or anytime thereafter.
For customers that do not hold
a valid Upgrade Plan at the time an
upgrade is announced, including those whose Upgrade Plan
has expired, the following policies apply:
- If the customer is at the current shipping version, the customer may purchase the appropriate upgrade license, if available.
- The customer may purchase the full product license.
Each customer’s Upgrade Plan ends on the last day of the last quarter in which it is in effect.
The two-year starting term is offered for all commercial customers. Customers can renew for one or two years.
A customer can order an Upgrade Plan renewal
early and enter the desired start date for
that coverage (the day after current coverage expires).
When the existing Upgrade Plan has expired, the
renewal coverage begins, and continues for the period
of time that was purchased (1 or 2
years depending on purchased product).
A customer who
wants to order 3 years of Upgrade Plan
can order one 2-year Upgrade Plan SKU and
a one-year renewal SKU, with a start date
the day after the end date of the
2-year coverage.
Upgrade Plan - Key features
- Improved efficiency. Ordering multiple Upgrade Plans simplifies administration and budget management.
- Greater savings. The Upgrade Plan contributes to accumulated points, which can increase the overall savings level
- Coordinated
upgrade strategy previously acquired, current-version Adobe software can
be included in the Upgrade Plan, with just
one
upgrade path to administer. - Improved productivity. The Upgrade
Plan ensures that, when you re ready, your
employees have the latest Adobe software to maximize
their efforts with the most up-to-date tools. - Upgrade
Plan coverage starts the first day of the
month following the month during which it is
ordered.
- Orders placed on the first day of the month start that day.
- Customers renewing their Upgrade Plans in advance may specify the renewal start date.
- Customers ordering Upgrade Plan for a product in the same month as an upgrade to that product is announced, but before the announcement date, must contact Customer Service to request that the “silent grace period” policy be applied so they can still qualify for the no charge upgrade. Example: Customer orders Upgrade Plan for a product on August 12. Adobe announces a new version of that product on August 18. Upgrade Plan starts September 1. The customer contacts Customer Service, which applies the silent grace period exceptions policy to this customer. Note that Adobe already defers licensing revenue for the 30 days prior to announce, to account for the silent announce period.
Consider this
- If Adobe discontinues a product for which a customer has ordered Upgrade Plan, Adobe does not refund money to the customer.
- Two-year fee is usually 5% less than the price of the upgrade (Adobe Open Options v4.0 and 4.5 upgrade policy).
